Terms of Service
Last updated May 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of TweetClip, a product operated by JulieLabs. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you have any questions, email julie@julielabs.io.
The service
TweetClip turns a YouTube video into landscape clips with burned-in captions and tweet copy ready to publish. You need a TweetClip account to use the service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Acceptable use
Only submit videos that you have the right to use. You are responsible for how you use the clips and copy that TweetClip generates, including making sure your use complies with the YouTube terms and with applicable law. Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others or for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
You keep ownership of the clips and copy generated from the videos you submit. JulieLabs claims no ownership of your results.
Our intellectual property
The TweetClip name, website, and software belong to JulieLabs and are not transferred to you by these terms.
AI-generated copy
Tweet copy is generated by an AI model. It can contain mistakes and should be reviewed before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post.
Billing
TweetClip offers a free tier and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Each plan includes a monthly limit on the number of videos you can process. Because the service is delivered as soon as you use it, payments already made are generally non-refundable, but email us if something has gone wrong and we will make it right.
No warranty
TweetClip is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JulieLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TweetClip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JulieLabs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of TweetClip is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of TweetClip means you accept the latest terms.
