TweetClip is a product operated by JulieLabs. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email julie@julielabs.io.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect the email address you submit. When you use the product, we also process the YouTube URLs you submit and store the clips and tweet copy generated from them, so you can return to your results. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details directly; we receive only your subscription status and billing dates, never your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your email address to operate your account and send you essential product messages. We use the videos you submit only to generate your clips and copy. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run TweetClip. Supabase stores our database records and the rendered clips. Resend delivers our email. Anthropic processes video transcripts to find clip-worthy moments and to write the tweet copy. Stripe processes subscription payments. Each provider receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Cookies
TweetClip does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Data retention
We keep your account email until you ask us to remove it. Clips and copy generated by the product are kept so you can access them, and can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time. Email julie@julielabs.io and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
